Good food, friendly people, good music. Free WiFi. Management goes out of its way to ensure a pleasant experience and works to correct problems. They also appreciate feedback and knowing when there is an issue so it can be fixed promptly.

They have a great selection of breakfast bagels, and if you're in the mood for something sweet, the choices are abundant. Personally, I'm a fan of the Kitchen Sink cookie. It's incredibly delicious—described as "a large shareable cookie filled with semi-sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel pieces, and pretzels, topped with a sprinkle of flake salt." Just a heads up if you decide to indulge on your own: it packs a hefty 800 calories! In addition to bagels and cookies, they also offer a variety of soups and sandwiches. One of my favorites is the clam chowder. Just a tip: this place can get quite busy in the mornings, but if you know what you want, you can use the kiosks to order and pay, so there's no need to wait in line.

This place feels like my sweet home, complete with soft music, delicious food, and delightful drinks. I truly love it here!
