Pho Bac - Seattle

One of the hottest restaurant in China town, we spent half an hour waiting for dining, but it definitely worths the time! Great service! Friendly and quick responding! Awesome food, I love the soup so much, a bit sweet made my day! Oh! Don’t forget to get the big rib!

The new location next to old location is a much welcomed improvement. It’s bright and airy. Menu has been expanded and is excellent. Short rib pho looks like something Fred Flintstone would have eaten. Shrimp ceviche was a bit of a miss for me. Nem nuong sliders were great. Regular pho is also excellent. Serving sizes are massive.

This place only serves Pho. That being said, the noodles were the PERFECT texture! They have a small size for $9 and a large for $11. The prices are a bit much but the pho was spot on. I'd definitely come again!!

Pho Bac is one of the best Pho place period. We often get large group lunches here on the weekends. The host is great and tries to accommodate whatever group we have hastily. Their Pho are healthy portions and French fries with mayo is outstanding. I also always get the coconut water juice. Overall great for food, service, and convenient parking.

Good pho! The noodles were cooked well and a balanced amount. The chicken is good and the broth has a good flavor. It seems a little inconsistent each time I've gone as far as flavor and noodle quantity. It didn't knock my socks off, but it's a solid choice.
