Urbane Olive 8 - Seattle

The food was delicious. They are gluten/dairy allergy friendly. Chris our server was very kind. I loved the wine selection. The oyster tacos were phenomenal. The chocolate cake was delicious.

While staying at the awesome Hyatt at Olive 8, I came for dinner and a cocktail. The Divers Revive was awesome, the service at my table was absolutely perfect, and the ceviche duo was amazing, as were the oysters on the half shell. I finished with the dark chocolate cake with raspberry and enjoyed myself immensely! A Thank you! Top notch and great prices!

This restaurant is amazing! Wonderful food we had the crab cake, squid ink pasta and salmon. Service was superb April, thank you! We enjoyed the 3 course paramount special for $159 including parking for the evening. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We had Marty tonight, and she was awesome. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. Drinks and desserts were on point. Highly recommend!

Had a an amazing meal and came back for happy hour the next day. Such fresh oysters, great bartender and servers.
