Starbucks - Sebastopol

Always a delight! I love grabbing my morning coffee along with some bacon. It's a wonderful way to start the day and something I always look forward to. Thank you, Starbucks!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. The girl behind the counter was too busy to even recognize me while I was picking up my to-go order. I waited for a moment to ask for an extra lid, but after she finished with the customer in front of me, she simply walked away as if I wasn't even there. I couldn't believe that with five staff members present, not a single person took the time to acknowledge my presence.

Nice clean store...bought a pound of coffee. Had it ground for me right away. Wish they still had teas for sale.

My experience today was disappointing. This was my fifth visit, and when I ordered two tall Americanos and two hot chocolates, I was surprised by how small the order looked. So, I requested them in large sizes, but instead, I received two large Americanos and two cups of hot milk. I should have tasted each drink to ensure they were correct, but I didn't because they were for my friends. It seems like someone on your 8:30 AM team thought this was amusing, but I certainly didn’t. The prices are already quite high, and customers expect quality. You really missed the mark this time. I feel this deserves a one-star rating—one star for covering up the poor service, and another for finding humor in the situation.

My nitro cold brew tasted like sink water. I order this all the time. And its always made wrong. I just dont understand why though? Im always friendly and never complain but this is starting to get annoying that my drink just doesnt get made right the first time and I cant always change it when im on my lunch break and dont even know its wrong till its too late. This doesnt even look correct. It shouldnt be this blonde nor does it even taste like a nitro
