Kentucky Fried Chicken - Sebring

The food was very delicious, the chicken was very well cooked and the potatoes of the mash were very good. The biscuit was a bit dry but had a great taste. They score only 4 stars because the amount of potatoes was reduced and more important was the service EXTREMELY SLOW....We spent over 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Our order was very simple with nothing special. But it was a very long waiting period. I hope they will improve in the future. The food was EXCELLENT But the waiting period was unacceptable. This is why I cannot recommend this place at this time. If you have the time, then the food is good, but to be honest, it is not so good to justify the long waiting period. As usual, I will review and update my review at a later time.

Man, KFC didn't have their order speaker working so you had to order at the window, but they were so nice and got me just what I ordered. Everyone there understood the menu and was happy and actively working and getting you your food quick. Always satisfied with KFC as their food is good, like the breasts were huge. 10/10 would recommend.

At the end of our meal, Kenny kindly asked us to fill out a survey, introduced himself, and wished us farewell. With such an inviting staff, how could I refuse? Although I encountered some issues with the survey, I wanted to honor my commitment to Kenny and share my experience here on Facebook because he truly deserves it. The end.

The employees here are incredibly sweet. If something isn't available, they often suggest a comparable dish and genuinely strive to make customers happy. I haven't had any bad experiences with these wonderful people. They work hard, and even though they may appear understated, it's clear that they are passionate about what they do. Kudos to everyone!

The experience has been inconsistent. I had a fantastic lunch there last week, but my recent dinners and the chicken sandwich rolls didn't meet expectations. I hope this was just a one-time issue because I love KFC's chicken.
