Dunkin' - Secaucus

I took my bag and coffee and drove home, which is just a short distance away. When I arrived and checked my order, I found that everything was wrong. Instead of a chocolate frosted donut, I received a strawberry frosted one. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant was just an egg and cheese croissant, and my hazelnut coffee? It was some pumpkin spice cinnamon concoction or something—definitely not hazelnut. It's baffling how such a simple order could be messed up so completely. This doesn't make any sense at all.

I waited 15 minutes for a medium coffee, and it was still made incorrectly. The staff seemed busy, but they remained polite throughout.

The ice cream shop has become quite unclean, with mold present on the walls. It has really gone downhill since the new owners took over. I stopped by for a hot chocolate, expecting the rich flavor that I usually get from Dunkin', but what I received was more like muddy water. When I asked the server why it tasted that way, she mentioned it was because they didn't use regular milk. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my order, despite there being a line of 10 to 12 people behind me. The worst part was seeing customers leave one by one. If you decide to visit this Dunkin', please take a look around the store beforehand to see its condition before making a purchase. I'm sharing this to warn others, as it could potentially make someone sick.

Best customer service at DD ever. Kid was friendly and made that ice cream to look just like on the advertiment.

The staff here are pleasant and hustle for your order. However... They're short staffed. It took 15min to get just a medium hot coffee. -1 star -1 star because they forgot the sugar (I should have checked before I left ????
