Panera Bread - Secaucus

Broken seats, rude employees plus they operate very differently from other Panera?s I frequent. Often out of stock on ingredients always stocked at other Panera beads. They don?t even have the coffee cups out you have to ask someone behind thecounter if you are lucky enough to grab someone?s attention. They were good pre pandemic but not it seems like bad management.

We had a salad missing in our order, the manager at Panera took care of it in a fantastic customer service approach. Sent out a new one within minutes. I rarely write reviews but this was impressive!

This was the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The wait time was excessively long, and the customer service was lacking. I waited 30 minutes for an order I had placed in advance for dining in. Since I was now running late because of the delay, I asked the manager to switch my order to takeout. Unfortunately, he didn't communicate this to his staff, which wasted both my time and hers. There was also no acknowledgment or remorse from him regarding the delays. I would not recommend this location.

This is one of my favorite spots thanks to its cozy and peaceful atmosphere. It's an ideal place to get some work done without too many distractions. The Pick-Two option is a fantastic deal, and the Mac and Cheese is always delicious. I highly recommend the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich as well!

This is the second time I've picked up food from this restaurant, and I've received the wrong order again. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken, but they forgot the chicken and also gave me the wrong dressing.
