Shift Kitchen - Sechelt

Shift offers a good selection of gluten-free items or items that can be prepared as gluten-free. They are attentive to customers with Celiac disease and take extra precautions in the kitchen. I have dined here many times and have never experienced any issues.

The menu offers a variety of gluten free options, but I have experienced getting glutened multiple times at this restaurant. The burgers and buns are all cooked on the same grill, and there seems to be a lack of awareness regarding cross contamination.

Dedicated fryer and very knowledgeable about Celiac. Menu items that I haven’t been able to have in my years of being GF!

I decided to pop in for a drink and some nachos. I found out that they have a separate fryer for fries and other fried appetizers, as well as gluten-free buns for their burgers. This restaurant has a great reputation among people with celiac disease in the area. I will definitely return in the future.

The menu has many gluten-free items, but I have been gluten-free here many times. Burgers and rolls are cooked on the same grill. Not very conscious of cross-contamination.
