The dishes are delicious and fine. the liquid nitrogen mantle through the carpaccio of langoustins, mother-of-pearl egg, girolles and foie gras. delicious. the warm service is assured by the sommelier who is also very good advice. In short, we recommend a very good time.

3rd time we return my wife and I even to this establishment and we spend each time a pleasant moment. The service is impeccable, the dishes are succulent and the pleasant place. We made the bistro part twice and once the gastronomic part.
