I felt very comfortable at the hotel. The room was top. The service, breakfast and also food in the restaurant get 5 stars. But 7 out of 5 stars gets Thomas the Masseuse. Just professional and super good.

The hotel immediately conveys cosiness. The location is top right by the lake and as a starting point for exploring around the lake. The room was cozy with its own garden great for our dog. Breakfast was super delicious and fresh. Especially the warm welcome. The team radiates so much cordiality and joy that you feel welcome and at home.
Looking for a wellness hotel for a voucher up to 30. My sister's birthday I bumped into the Starnbergsee Hideaway. The first impression about the site was great, the stay a disaster. After our weekend I am ashamed to have given a voucher for this hotel. • There were no extras for drinks; • there were no extras for a drink; The building and the location are beautiful, the service, the selection of food and drinks and the price are absolutely not in relation to each other. It's a shame, but here someone has absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. Edit: I wrote the review 23 weeks later, as we did on 5. November back in your restaurant to get rid of the remaining amount of the voucher. Unlike promised, the voucher could not be redeemed for the massage (it would have been an appointment that was not in our short-term booking, but in billing), which is why we left a balance. But even 4 months later, nothing had changed regarding the service, there was a menu for two people, as the others would be changed, the service has for ever despite only two tables in the entire restaurant. The balance sheet wasn't as easy as promised. After our first stay we had asked the receptionists to talk to the General Manager, but it was said that he was back in the house on Tuesday (we went on Sunday). The subway evaluation comes about because in your hotel the services absolutely do not match the price and your promise on the website. As guests we were willing to pay a lot of money for a stay, but for this money a minimum of service is expected, which was absolutely not given here.
