The staff who served us coffee and cake was lovely, the manageress on the other hand was sour faced, miserable and unwelcoming. Tried to charge us a 25% fee to use card. No thanks!

Good modern kitchen. Food was top every day, breakfast was very rich and every wish was fulfilled. In the evening at least one 4 courses menu that changed daily. Beautifully situated, here you will be happy to return.

The most beautiful place in the Black Forest. The atmosphere at the hotel and restaurant is beautiful. The entire team is great and attentive. The chef creates unique and outstanding dishes with Black Forest Note. The great cakes and cakes are all homemade and incredibly delicious. Absolute relaxation with masterly cuisine. The perfect combination.

Best minus stars! We didn't get to the service first, as we were thrown out very unfriendly immediately. I have full understanding when much is to be done. However, every potential guest should know in respectful manner that he is not served here today when entering and asking for a table. Unfortunately, this was not the case here and this is unfortunately too short. Because of this experience, I write these lines, and we will not visit this hotel for another occasion, even though we mentioned this, just before we met the staff.
