Taco Cabana - Seguin

The interior of Taco Cabana could use some cleaning. However, the drive-thru experience is even worse; it smells like a garbage dump, and I've encountered this unpleasant odor on two separate occasions. I no longer visit this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone, not even my dog.

9 times from 10, I'm coming home to find my order wrong. I was shortened, I have food I never ordered, and it's very frustrating to report the mistakes. You have always honoured my corrections during my return visit, but I often need what I have ordered, and I am not able to go up again a second time a day. Food quality varies, but is usually good. I think they need to fix the hard disk loudspeaker.

Drive thru was long and inside food was closed. Nachos were stabbed and the meal was ruined. Could help to supply silverware with food that can not be easily eaten with your fingers.

Traveling. Lost our order! Already paid and on a time frame! The staff was apologetic and Made it as fast as they could after my wife noticed a lot of other customers getting there orders after my children's order. I was upset but that's why she handled it. As a dad! I was an hour past scheduled! The one star was for the restaurant! The second was earned by the staff!

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This restaurant takes proactive and responsible steps to prevent the spread of germs. All food is packaged to go, including dips. They have a hands-free hand sanitizer available, and flatware is provided with your meal instead of being left out for everyone to touch. Everyone on staff wore gloves, and when we arrived, the items at the salsa bar were returned to the serving line. Thank you for these extra safety measures!
