Mcdonald's - Selby

We live across the road and its quicker to drove to mcdonalds in york, get served, eat and drive home than it is to get a takeaway at this place. Ridiculous. 20minutes for a burger and mcflurry? Like seriously? Whats taking so long!

This is second time in two weeks I come and order there and my order is wrong. I asked for a burger no cheese and you label it up no cheese and give it to me with cheese. I come back in the store managers are chatting away not bothered . one girl came and I gave her the burger said it says no cheese but I got with cheese said sorry will be 2 mins for another. 15mins later still no burger managers chatting away no one else bothered. I just walked out wasted my money my milkshake went all liquidy and fries stone cold so full meal paid for wasted not a sorry or anything. it is by far the worst mcdonalds oit of 10 vista I probably ever get my order once correct no one bothered it's disgusting. on top of it I have cheese allergy so ur happy enough for me to collapse from eating that no care whatsoever absolute joke. worse thing is you were not even busy tonight!!!!

Awful. Just awful! Waited 25 minutes for order for 4 people. Despite the server, who in fairness had a learning disability, being very slow in preparing the order (most of the food was very cold) we still had a portion of fries, a BBQ dip and a ketchup missing. Half of the order was standing on a tray for ages (I watched it being prepared) which explained why it was so cold. No apologies, no acknowledgment of taking so long. We had travelled 2 and a half hours to stay around 5 miles away and just wanted something quick. A joke. And the state of the floor in the cooking area was horrendous.

My bacon double cheeseburger had no patty’s and instead had the chicken sandwich meat. very confused

Couldn’t get parked so ended up going through the drive through, had to wait for one meal which took a while but they seemed to be very busy. Food was hot and fresh, staff polite and professional. All in all a good experience apart from being unable to park nearby so by the time we had found a safe place we were concerned the food would be cold. Not ideal but not catastrophic and certainly not tue fault of the restaurant
