Caffe Amici - Selden

Rude customer service- my company has been doing business with Caffe Amici for the last 9+ years. We order all of our pizza for every single event, and birthday parties every single Sunday. When we went to order tonight for our event tomorrow, we were told it had to be a catering order then we were hung up on!! It’s one thing to say you can’t provide the order, it’s another to be totally rude about it for no reason! 7/10 times we get the nicest person on the phone who knows exactly who we are when we call. Unfortunatley, recently getting our deliveries seemingly became an issue SOMETIMES- which again I understand I manage a business and I get staffing shortages. But to be so rude 1, and then hang up on extremely loyal customers and not even have the decency to call back.. I was genuinely taken aback. I let it slide the first time, but this is just unacceptable. Customer service is key. Service: 1

Writing this review on 10/10/23@7:30pm. Placed an order for delivery. I am standing outside my apartment when the Amici delivery can arrives. The driver than proceeded to gab on the phone for 20 minutes! Really? Take care of the delivery,then go on the phone. I was going to refuse it but had 2 kids waiting to eat so I took it.These places are just hiring anyone these days. Needless to say I will NEVER order from there again. There are plenty of other options around.Oh and Please, Please don't tell me to call and discuss. I'm done with this place. And btw the pizza was like cardboard!
