Bj's Market Street Tavern Oyster

We throughly enjoyed our first visit! The historical ambiance was exciting, the severs were fun and the food was excellent. We had clams casino and reveled in it. The fish and steak were also done very well. We ate early and left as the restaurant was filling up. A nice menu selection.

A very special group of ladies in my circle have been getting together to just be together and enjoy excellent food, fabulous service, and a perfect atmosphere for a very long time. Our out-of-town friends love coming back again and again.

Currently sitting in the restaurant that is more than half empty. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks, another 20 minutes for salad/soup. Clam chowder tasted like the whole juice of a lemon was poured in it. Out of cole slaw, out of crayons. Now just waiting for over 30 minutes for our food to ever get here…..while sitting next to empty tables besides 3. Update: ordered steak medium rare, some pink but top and bottom were a complete crisp. Baked potato and fries were lukewarm. Disappointing when you recommend this for dinner to your family and it was an absolute fail.

We came with a group of 12. To Celebrate my grandson at the college.No reservation and I'm a disabled Veteran. The staff was excellent and very friendly, helpful and professional. We ordered everything, Wings, steak, seafood, drinks ? ?.We had a room upstairs ?But were extremely helpful.Thanks again and highly recommend ??Rev. John Kenneth White and family ?? Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair maybe difficult. I'm a disabled Veteran with a roller walker. I was able to manage. We ate upstairs, we used the rest rooms dnow stairs due to construction. They need handicap rails in the stall of the restroom but very clean.
