Wonderful friendly staff asked why they did not return the grampa teen burgers, said our server, they will make me one it was delicious

Staff are always polite. I like the burgers, love the onion rings and the diet root beer is really good for a diet drink.

First off, I am tired of hearing people complain about slow service. A and W has been lumped in with the other fast food joints and it has never claimed to be such. I have been to this location so many times I can 't count and I have never once been disappointed. The service is genuine and kind and the food is always hot and delicious...but fast? I don 't care if it 's fast! I want to eat good food. If you want FAST FOOD then go to McDonalds. If you come here you will be treated kindly and eat something that you don 't regret later. Simply put, if you want GOOD food then come here but if you want FAST food then go there.

Love the place. Food is great, really tingles my tastebuds. Customer Service is great, except for one person (they know who they are). My parents don't really like the food, but no need to worry, they’ll be going into a nursing home soon!
