Freebirds World Burrito - Selma

I know the Freebirds Monster taco (Schnapp/Burrito/Rolle) and I knew that my expectations were high and they were every time after thru! (these are pounds;our BTW) Today was a REAL SHOCKER when I saw in the bag... Why are you going to be my fav for ALWAYS? How to take care of ALL customers (persons)

The first time I had a burrito bowl it it was amazing, great service and great food. But this second time I ordered it was horrible, the rice was undercooked, we paid for extra meat and extra cheese and there was barely any of either sprinkled in there. If I’m paying almost $20 for a burrito bowl with extra meat then I expect it to be there. Just extremely disappointing and low quality, not sure if we’ll be back after that.

Is this place going downhill or what? One of my favorite places to get a salad, not so much now. Ordered a curbside and they skimped on everything. There were more black beans than there was lettuce. My container (which is even smaller now) wasn't even full like it usually is. I guess I need to go in store from now on so I can ask for more lettuce and toppings.

The food is delicious at this restaurant, but my order wasn't even started until I arrived to pick it up. The staff is friendly, except for one lady who is always unfriendly. She constantly ignores customers as if they aren't there. As a delivery driver, I waste time here which ultimately costs me money. Door Dash drivers avoid this restaurant unless the payout is worth the long wait for the order to be prepared.
