Pappy John's Original Barbecue - Selmer

Best BBQ ribs anywhere around for miles! We drive here from Corinth, our family drives here from Booneville, and we would travel farther if we had to just as long as this nostalgic little restaurant was the destination stop! They have a picnic area outside and the sweetest employees. The owners really go the extra mile to welcome our patronage and that goes a long way with us. Good job!!

Best Ribs I ever ate and I been eating ribs for over 60 years. Catchem fresh and I think you'll agree.

This place has really gone downhill! I spent $26 on ribs that were disgusting—old, fatty, and so tough they were more like cow leather than meat. It's clear they've been sitting out for hours and are way overcooked. I feel like I was just the next unsuspecting customer to fall for it!

I had a fantastic experience working there! Unfortunately, I had to leave for health reasons, but I would put their barbecue up against anyone else's! The restaurant is very clean, and the management is outstanding. I miss you all and look forward to returning soon!

The pork had no smoked flavor whatsoever; it tasted more like a roasted pork that had been left in the oven too long. I won't be returning. Save your money!
