Especially when I think I know the owner family. Kid brings it together. You're ruining your father's business. Only so that you will be $1500 PER EMPLOYED that you ran out of the KLOCKEN!!!
The staff was good, although they often rush away before you can check through your food and if it is wrong, it takes forever to bring someone back to the speaker to let them know.
I had to say my order three times. The command comes out to read it. Go home and instead of the Chili cheese Coney, I have the cheeseries they had put on the screen before I let them know that this is not what I said. Maybe it's a good thing that you didn't open all the time because there's a separation. I'm going to Sonic in Adamsville from now on.
I visited this restaurant this afternoon and placed an order totaling nearly $33. I handed the cashier $16 in cash and requested to pay the remaining $12 with my card. However, she returned and informed me that the manager insists that customers pay either in full with a card or with cash. It seems that no one was willing to take the time to process my payment properly or help her out with the situation. I find it incredibly frustrating that I was turned away over something so trivial, especially considering I had already placed my order. If they can't handle simple transactions, I can only imagine how their cleanliness and food storage practices are. This experience has put me off from ordering here again, even though I used to come multiple times a week. It was truly disappointing, and my guests were affected during the meal as well. Thank you for nothing!
It seems this establishment can take our order but never bring us what we ordered. I will no longer give them my business. I spoke with the manager and she gave me excuses. Very disappointed.
