Marco's Pizza - Seneca

I really liked this place, but after I called to express my concerns about how unusual the pizza looked, they offered to replace it. This seemed great until the delivery driver arrived and rudely insisted that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that it was supposed to look that way. After her attitude today, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

The chicken porridge pizza is fantastic, but their refusal to accept cash has made me hesitant to return. I prefer not to use a card for any business transactions, whether for delivery or pickup.

I called to place an order and was placed on hold four times. After that, I stood up and called again, but I was put on hold twice.

My Bf and I have a gluten-free pizza (they only come in small) everyone. The pizza itself was so delicious? My only complaint is that it was a bit expensive. We could get 4 big pizzas for this price in the grocery store.

Excellent customer service from Daniel who took our order. Very courteous and helpful. I ordered the all meat! DELICIOUS FROM SAUCE, TO TOPPINGS AND EVEN THE CRUST! Definitely order extra for leftovers because it's so good!
