Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Seneca

This experience was unbelievable. I just ordered from this restaurant via DoorDash and spent over $60, only to find that they got the entire order wrong. They only gave us about 10 shrimp per person, even though we ordered combos. I have pictures to prove it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place; it really feels like they’re taking advantage of customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. It's absolutely outrageous.

The chicken was of poor quality; some pieces were undercooked while others tasted reheated.

I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, and I was informed that it would take about 5 minutes. However, when I reached the window and after paying, I was told I would have to wait 17 minutes instead. I requested a refund and was only given the refund slip, not the original receipt. Later, I found out that the refund was $5.85 less than it should have been! I contacted Popeyes, but they informed me that the location is a franchise and offered no assistance in resolving the overpayment issue.

Very good. Thighs were perfect. Potatoes and gravy great. The old reviews don’t reflect this restaurants current status.

Employees are always friendly and offer great service. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are taken care of.Parking: Lots of spaces for handicap
