Canal Side Tavern Events - Seneca Falls

The restaurant offers a great selection of beer and delicious food. The bartender was very friendly. The best part is the beautiful views along the canal, especially when sitting outside on the deck.

We went to the Canal Side because the other bars were packed and noisy and we wanted to talk. Perfect choice. The drinks were great. I had the 1911 cider on tap which maybe be the best cider I've ever had. The service was really friendly but the kitchen was clearly having problems that night. We ordered cheesy fries to snack on and they took over a hour. So maybe not a place to go if you're on a tight schedule. But if you want to hang with a friend for a couple of hours, the view is great.

We had rented a canal boat for a week and stopped here on our last night. The food was EXCELLENT! Wings, black blue burger, chicken breast sandwich.... ALL excellent. Very friendly, helpful staff. My husband had ordered a double ale beer he had never tried before and did not like it, they gave him another in it's place, no problem. Would highly recommend this place :

Highly recommend!! This place has such a fun atmosphere, especially when there's a DJ or live band playing. The location is perfect, right next to the canal. The best thing about this place though, is the bartender Corey!! He's always making sure me and my friends have everything they need and all around contribute to the fun atmosphere of Canalside.

I arrived at 6:30 to the sound of country music playing on a high-quality sound system. The spacious bar had ambient lighting and a clean, warm atmosphere. The old wide board pine floors had a pool table and dart boards in the corner. The bartender was pleasant and attentive. The pub menu was diverse, with several craft beers on tap. There was outside seating with simple iron rod tables overlooking the barge canal and a sidewalk with many benches and large boats docked nearby. At 8:30, the atmosphere was peaceful, but a younger crowd was starting to filter in for Thursday night. The pub entrance was located below unattractive concrete steps descending from the street, but don't let that deter you from a great pub experience. Definitely worth checking out.
