Food is good, but the customer service is awful. There's no communication between the employees...I've seen it Everytime I'm there and last time, one employee gave an older customer attitude about wanting extra sauce. ?...absolutely terrible customer service. Try again, cafe Rio.

So my fiance had stopped in here the other night to grab us something quick to take home after he picked me up from work and when we got all the way home we live in Baltimore city we realized that he was given the wrong bag of food. It was definitely a disappointment cus we were both hungry and ready to eat. So the next day I called in and I reached the call center and I explained the situation and they were sooo nice and understanding. They apologized and offered me a credit for the full amount that he paid for the food we never got. I was actually surprised because most places don't offer such accountability and make it right. It was great customer service. We went In the very next day and we able to use our credit to reorder our food. When we did get the food this time it was amazing. So good so flavorful we will definitely be repeat customers.

Cafe Rio is reliable to make good food for a catered occasion and give a nice presentation. We made a catering order to pick up at 11am on Saturday. It was ready on time. Carmen helped me carry the order to my car. She was kind and friendly. The food as before was delicious. We were glad for the left overs the next day. The food containers and serving utensils and were quality enough to serve from. Cafe Rio is a easy decision for catering needs.

My soup was cold but good. Everything else was tasty and authentic. I will definitely be back.

I order catering for this past weekend and I have to say it was great!! The food was great the services was great the packaging was great!! I’ll re order for sure.
