La Bartola - Sevilla

This was a great little place for some late lunch and tapas. Tiny inside seating area. I got there right before the crowds and watched the staff turn customers away because it was too full. Menu in Spanish and English. Food was great. I really enjoyed the wok dish.

This really is worth seeking out this fabulous small restaurant which I remembered from my last visit to Seville 4 years ago. The food was outstanding and the menu has great choices, the service was friendly, helpful and fun just as it was on my last visit here. Then we got the bill which was amazing value for money it was probably the best meal and value for money we had on our entire stay in Andulacia. Very highly recommended and look forward to returning to on my next visit to Seville.

Discovered this bar as across road from Hotel Fernando III. Busy and confusing as to how to get a table. Managed to get seat outside and ordered great bottle of Mirlo white wine and a selection of tapas croquettes, salmon, squide manchego. All good but we were very hungry! Friendly service from Juan who speaks excellent English. Recommended if you're in the area.

Fuimos allí a cenar de tapas en nuestra primera noche en Sevilla. Zona conveniente para nuestro hotel, que era bastante central. También vale la pena pasear por el barrio de Santa Cruz. El ambiente es informal y muy característico, realmente agradable. Personal amable y sonriente. Soy vegetariano y tomé humus de trufa, sushi de verduras y tempura con salsa de boletus, asado rojo con verduras y salsa romescu. Todo bien y con raciones adecuadas. Una caña fresquita y un café solo (de lo mejor que tomamos en Sevilla). Precios muy honestos. El servicio es un poco lento en comparación con los tiempos a los que estamos acostumbrados en Italia, pero disfrútalo y ten paciencia. Yo aconsejo.

Las revisiones fueron completamente precisas. Fui con un grupo de amigos a celebrar un cumpleaños especial. La comida era fantástica, el servicio excepcional y el ambiente animado. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa para 6 personas alrededor de las 7:45 pm. Justo después de que nos sentamos, se formó una cola afuera y todavía estaba allí cuando nos fuimos 2 horas después. ¡¡¡Una visita obligada cuando estés en Sevilla!!!
