Tiger Bay Pub - Sewanee

I can't believe Google is allowing reviews for Tiger Bay and McClurg. It's hard to think there's even a choice to be made here, or that any feedback would actually reach Aramark, haha. I do have to give a 10/10 for the best microwaved grain bowls and egg/cheese wraps!

I waited 45 minutes for mozzarella sticks. After 30 minutes, I asked about my order and was told, "We're busy; it should be coming soon." After another 15 minutes, I went up again to see if they could check on it, but they told me they were too busy and not to come back. Frustrated, I gave up and returned to my dorm. Pug Jim is the worst. Later, he came looking for me, claiming he had called my name six times. But my friends and I were all listening, and he never called.

Jim lacks the necessary skills and has a negative attitude.

The owner of this restaurant, known as Pub Jim, has developed a reputation on campus for being rude and disrespectful to his customers. Unfortunately, it's the only place in town that stays open past 10 PM, which he seems to exploit to his advantage. He often calls out customers over the loudspeaker for minor issues and has threatened to kick people out for trivial reasons. This level of disrespect has led my friends and me to decide that we will not be returning to this restaurant. If I could give it zero stars, I certainly would. I strongly advise against dining here. The only reason this establishment persists is that there are no other options available at this hour.
