Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

We were just this evening after a baseball match (9pm). This place was packed and the employees were blackened and staffed. The manager or the man who seemed to be the manager worked hard. He said the staff was very new and didn't know how to do anything. He pulled food orders and had to make deep-frozen deserts to help. This staff was very frustrated, but they worked and fought through the mass attack of orders. I just wanted to give them the cudos. Our order took 30 minutes to get out of the kitchen, but no complaints from us.

Absolutely the best burger I've had in quite some time. This isn't your typical fast food joint, this place cooks your order fresh and to order. Well worth the wait. Burger was perfect! Wish one would appear in Southern Indiana closer to Louisville.

Didn't realize this Freddy's was here. What a wonderful surprise. Food and service was excellent. Some of the best hamburgers, fries, and shakes, anywhere.

This place is kinda trashy. the food is always messed up or missing something. the workers are rude and probably hate their jobs because they are seemingly just trying to be done asap. it's supposed to be family friendly but the tension between workers always seems tense.

Team was friendly, food was great and restaurant was clean and ready for guests.Frank is amazing! We were able to chat with him and the love and care he puts into his store and the company I believe would be hard to beat.Thank you so much for a great experience.We will stop by again, Frank.
