Gryaznaya Utka - Shakhty

We visited this cafe yesterday and were not very impressed. The quality of the food has declined noticeably compared to before, with wait times reaching 40-50 minutes for dishes, and drinks like juice and alcohol taking 20-30 minutes. The cleanliness of the tables on the summer terrace is lacking, with crumbs left on the surfaces and dried flowers in the pots. Overall, the cafe has seen a significant decline, and I cannot recommend visiting, as you won’t find any culinary or aesthetic enjoyment here.

The service was honestly dreadful! We ordered our drinks and waited 15 minutes before they arrived. Then, it took an additional 45 minutes for our salads to be served. The waitress didn’t pay attention to us; we didn’t get any napkins or soy sauce for the rolls, and the table was only cleared sporadically. We certainly won’t be returning to this restaurant...
