Domino's Pizza - Shakopee

The staff at this location are completely unprofessional and lack any basic customer service skills. I witnessed a cashier talk down to an elderly woman multiple times simply because she could not see well and requested assistance reading the prompt on thescreen at the register. Staff like theses are not good for business!

Up until recently this place has been amazing. Unfortunately, my last 2 orders have included 5 items, and only 2 of them were correct. And that is only of you include me purchasing maranara sauce seperately for cheese bread. Today I ordered buffalo wingsalong with a sausage, pepperoni, jalapino pizza and some Parmesan and red pepper packets. I recieved some bbq wings with apepperoni pizza and no Parmesan or red pepper packets. I dont know what change in april but it is showing strong on the customerfront.

I had an issue last night when my order accidentally went to Chaska instead of Shakopee. The owner promptly handled the situation by calling Chaska to cancel the pizza order for me. They had my order ready in just 15 minutes. The pizza was excellent and served super hot. Thank you once again!

I had an amazing experience with customer service today! I visited the restaurant with my 7-year-old daughter, who was craving a slice of cheese pizza. Since they don't sell pizza through the window, the cashier and I looked for other options, but she wasn't really thrilled about any of them. Eventually, she settled on the cheese bread. Out of the blue, the cashier returned from the kitchen and offered to bake a cheese pizza just for us! It was so thoughtful of them, completely unexpected, and it made my daughter's day!
