The Sheridan - Shannon

Good fresh local beer. Stopped here on a layover with my time in the US military back in 2018. The staff was friendly and the local drafts were better than American beer. I loved having a Guinness in Ireland but my favorite was Smithwick's Red Ale.

Eating in the Airport is such a gamble. But of the two seen in Shannon, the both looked really good. We went into departures, and I have to say this is the second smallest airport I have been too. Honestly the confidence was at a all time low, but Sheridans Bar is a pleasant surprise. There isn't much on the menu, but we tried the Pulled pork Burger and not only did it look good, but it tasted fantastic as well. On the down side it was a little on the cold. As it Is very easy to prepare and serve I applied them for the ingenuity, I just wish it was kept hotter. However I will say it was extremely moist, tender, and fully o flavour. The lettuce and salad part also added, I really like added zing of the pickled red onions? Yes would eat here again. Thank you for redeeming airport food.

Great for last minute snacks and beverages. Airport back to normal. Shannon airport is special.
