Krystal - Sharpes

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. I came here to order some food and the place was completely dead. The employee told me the systems would be down for 8 minutes, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes with no answer. The employee inside was just texting and the doors were locked. It seems like laziness to not work, especially coming from someone who has worked in fast food and has seen managers pull this stunt to avoid taking orders.

I received excellent customer service at this restaurant, with the quickest service I've ever had at a Krystal's. The fries were fresh, and the burgers and lemonade were delicious. Thank you!
