Heritage Roasting Company - Shasta Lake

This restaurant offers excellent coffee, fresh and delicious food, and incredibly friendly staff. The cozy atmosphere and clean shop and bathroom make it a great spot to visit. It's the perfect place to stop if you're driving from Washington or Oregon to California.

Johnny was absolutely fantastic, the coffee was delightful, and the rosemary scone was outstanding. It's a wonderful place to visit.

The coffee was excellent, and while it is a bit on the expensive side, the prices are similar to those of other local cafes. I enjoyed a 12oz latte, and the baristas were very friendly.

I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and enjoyed a great coffee. The last time I went to Heritage Coffeehouse, I tried their biscuits and gravy. It was deeelicious.. Great service. Just a little crowded seating in the middle area. But I think it's worth coming back to.

I don’t write reviews usually; but this place made me do it. Amazing coffee, Amazing food, and even wonderful people running the place. I’ve tried the black coffee and the Hali awesome sandwich. I had to order it again because how delicious it was.
