Love the flame. it has become one of our favorite places. amazing!

We always love going to Flame. It is delicious and we will go back.

Very good as usual. But it was my wife’s birthday and nothing from them. Not sure why they ask. Usually a birthday girl gets a special or free desert. I can see no singing in a nice restaurant but not even a Happy Birthday. There was a 65 person party making a lot of noise but that did not bother us. Also have a gift card we don’t remember how much was on it. And computers are new and could not use it. If it is worth anything we are being charged $2 a day for something they have already profited off of. I never saw a gift card that they take the money back from you if you don’t use it soon enough. They take $2 a month until it is gone and leave you with nothing for something you or a loved one paid cash for. Still love the food but very disappointed in their policies about what I would consider customer service and appreciation.

We have been going to the grill for years. Right now we are trying items on the new menu. So far its hit and miss. The meat, frankly has little flavor and I dont mean salt. I am not that particular but the chef needs to impart more time on flavor. I will continue to try more items because it is so close to my house. The chips and salsa continues to be awesome! We made reservations for 6:45 p.m. on a Friday. Upon arriving we were told, we know you made reservations but we wipe them all out, they don 't matter, you can wait for a table which is 20-30 minutes. Several people behind us had the same issue. There were at least 5-10 tables empty, so not sure what there was a wait. Next time we will eat before attending an event at the Casino.
