Fratelis Italian - Shawnee

I love this place, the staff and owners. All of them are such good souls. The food is fresh and prepared with attention to good flavors and combinations of ingredients. I love their stuffed mushrooms to start, and they will melt in your mouth. Also, the house salad is simple but their house dressing is what makes it so good. Top the salad off with some Parmesan and a buttered roll, and you'll thank me later. Finally, I almost always order the cannelloni. It looks unassuming, but packs a lot of great flavors starting off with the marinara sauce. It is broiled to give the cheese a chewy texture. Writing this makes me want to go there ASAP. Truly, the owners are so sweet and work so hard.

We went in to eat on a last minute decision and ate glad we did. The service is amazing and friendly. Everyone had a smile, and the smile was genuine. Our server was fast, efficient, and friendly. We got our food fast, and it was piping hot. We chose the supreme pizza, and it was perfect. The crust was perfect with the perfect amount of sauce. The cheese......oh the cheese. Go on YouTube, and look up the Daayuum video. And that's this cheese. Omgosh. Next time time, I'm going in for the pasta. I was watching the dishes as they came out, and wow. You have got to try this treasure in Shawnee, that One-Eyed Willy would try to hid in a cave and keep for himself.

We were amazed by the quality of food and service. The salads were fresh, the bread was fresh, soft, and delicious. Our main dish was served hot and tasted outstanding. The server was working solo and never forgot about us our any other table. He made sure to keep our drinks refilled and asked if we needed to go boxes. Never once were we rushed to pay the check like most places. We are delighted to have found an authentic Italian restaurant in Shawnee.

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Food had great flavor, waitress was so sweet, prices reasonable, and the pizza was the best that I?ve ever had!!!

I am a big fan of Frateli's and the family who operates it. They have been serving high-quality authentic Italian food in Shawnee for many years. The pasta dishes are all delicious, especially the Cannelloni, chicken parm, baked ziti, lasagna, and Tortellini Scremati. You can't go wrong with any of their red sauce pasta dishes. The pizza is also fantastic and a popular choice for takeout. The Stromboli and calzones are also great options. All dinner meals include a salad with a unique house dressing - make sure to try it, but have a backup dressing just in case. Bread is also served with meals, but can sometimes be overdone. The iced tea is refreshing and they offer imported Italian beers and a modest wine selection if dining in. Overall, I highly recommend Frateli's for delicious Italian cuisine. Keep up the great work!
