Ihop - Shawnee

I placed an online order and experienced significant delays. They didn’t even start preparing my food until I arrived and informed them I was ready for pickup, which was about 15 minutes later than the time indicated in the email. When I got home, I discovered that one of the main dishes was missing. Although I received the side dishes in their own container, the main course was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the number provided in the email but got no response. I also reached out to the store's published contact number (1-888-844-IHOP), and the manager acknowledged the missing food. However, given the inconvenience and the extra 30-minute round trip I had to make, I would have appreciated some form of compensation from their side. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

This IHOP is located on a hill, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, and one of the two faucets was not functioning. The floor was unclean, and I found toilet paper in the paper towel dispenser. I've seen cleaner and better-maintained porta-potties. It took about 30 minutes to get a quick two-egg breakfast, and the hash browns were overly greasy. Overall, I really can't think of anything positive to say about my visit. I won't be returning to this IHOP.

This is one of the better IHOP locations in Johnson County, Kansas. While prices have increased recently, I still find the food to be quite good, and the service is decent. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy breakfast for dinner. Parking is plentiful, and there are accessible spaces for those with wheelchairs.

They have no happy hour and cunning egg shell costs $18. it is also bland and tasteless at this place. the waitress was quite polite and beautiful, but they can get much better eating in qt tankstelle for 1/4 of the cost.

This place is in desperate need of a remodel and deep cleaning. I don't think the carpets have ever been cleaned. Staff in the kitchen has different music than in the dining room which is very confusing and annoying. I've eaten here lots of times, and it has been OK. Half of those times have gotten a refund for inadequate meals or incorrect meals. Buyer beware
