Papa Johns Pizza - Sheffield

Bad customer service and long time when you order from Deliveroo Uber, you only make shop orders first.

I've never left a bad review before but, honestly, I cannot believe the terrible customer service I have just received. Firstly, the team would not take my order over the phone but then answered my friend and was happy to take their order. I then called again 15 minutes before collection which they advised my friend then asked me to wait. I waited 5 minutes then put the phone down. When my friend called, they took the order but missed two pizzas. I was at work whilst they were messing around. I will not be a returning customer.

Staff refused to refund my card after making the wrong pizza, I’ve tried to explain over the phone, he purposely put the phone down, when I came to collect the pizza, he was on his mobile phone, did not knowledge me for 5 minutes. Since all the attempts failed, I did asked to speak with the manager, so I could explain the issue. But he also refused to bring the manager… I felt treated by this employee, he was agressive and really rude, it all happened on Saturday 4th February at 15:20… really poor service…

I have ordered with this branch online a few times and it has usually been fine. This time, one Pizza was COMPLETELY wrong and they had to be contacted about this several times in order to get someone out to replace it with the correct one. Order was received shortly after 6 and during this time, my partner and I called up several times and was told different things each time by an Indian man. We were lied to SEVERAL times about the whereabout of the replacement. Around 9PM, three HOURS after delivering the wrong item, we were told the replacement is on its way (third time they claimed this! and AGAIN, nothing! We live 10 minutes away and were lied to again...not a great ordeal. I ended up calling and telling them we are not bothered for the replacement and that we were absolutely angry... Just for a WHOLE REPLACEMENT of the ENTIRE ORDER to show up around 10.30PM...Safe to say a lot of food was wasted and we were both incredibly angry and disappointed by this experience. Although the food is nice, I do NOT reccomend Papa John's unless you want to be lied to by incompetent staff who will happily take your money and mess you around. Whoever the Indian lad is needs to be fired ASAP. Absolutely appealing. And it's safe to sya I will not come back. Take your business elsewhere!

I order 11 o clock pm I paid normally and no body prepared my order and they didn’t answer on phone call I was waiting over 2 hours.
