Patisserie Valerie - Sheffield

My goddaughter for the afternoon as a very friendly friend gave me a voucher that they could not use. tasty sandwiches, but they are very small, was happy about the mini-Quicke and 2 scones (a cheese, a fruit) each. delicious hot chocolate (good when they are with young people who do not yet drink tea) my God daughter enjoyed a few of the cakes the fruity mousse was my favorite!

Sandwiches on the afternoon tea were a bit poor, however everything else was lovely! The miniature cakes and scones were delicious, and the actual tea itself was some of the best teas I've ever drank.

Established back in 1926 in London's Soho, Patisserie Valerie is renowned for its range of continental-style baked goods. Paying homage to the bohemian café culture, find traditional bistro furnishings and Toulouse Lautrec-style cartoons inside, along with a pristine pastry counter displaying spectacular hand-crafted celebration cakes, individual treats, and lots more. Great place for lunch (yummy hot sandwiches or lasagna is what we like to order) and/or lots of French cakes and bakes! Amazing croissants and eclairs and lots of different fancy cakes. Great stuff! Love to have a girly lunch here with my mum or sisters.

There cakes are to "die "for. We had a gift voucher bought as a Xmas gift. Will definitely be going again
