Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was exceptional! I will definitely return. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food and the wonderful ambiance. I would also consider booking this room for a small party! There are a couple of areas for improvement. Our waiter was filling in and wasn’t very familiar with the menu. I would have ordered something different had I known that the eggs on the steak were still runny (I ended up trying my husband's dish!). The steak with quail eggs was heavenly, served alongside delicious mashed potatoes, squash, and corn on the cob! Additionally, they could improve parking options, especially for those with mobility challenges. While there is a parking lot, it involves quite a steep set of stairs to get to the restaurant. There's only one handicapped parking spot available. However, I do want to commend them for having one of the few handicap ramps in the area. If you can, I recommend getting dropped off before parking, especially during busy times. Overall, I would rate this restaurant among the best in terms of atmosphere, view, and food. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention that the Ghostface Killah drink is a must-try!
I had a fantastic dinner tonight. The apple squash bisque was delightful, with a subtle hint of baking spices. The pork chop, which I usually avoid because they tend to be dry and tough, was incredibly tender thanks to a cider brine, and it was topped with caramelized leeks and pear. We didn't drink alcohol tonight, but the bar was impressive nonetheless; they offered a nice selection of craft non-alcoholic beers, and the exceptionally friendly bartender suggested several great mocktail options. The atmosphere was also appealing—fun without feeling cheesy.
The roasted potatoes were exceptional. The boneless, skinless chicken breasts with artichokes were incredibly moist—simply amazing. The mushroom ravioli was top-notch as well. The staff was friendly and readily available for drinks or any questions. I can't wait to return!
For a Thursday night they were pretty busy. No one wanted to sit out in the porch since it was raining so we didn’t have to wait for a table. Woohoo! The porch has a great view of town and the river. My peanut butter jam burger was delicious. They maketheir own ketchup which if you are used to that kind it’s probably great. However, I am not used to it so I didn’t care forit. They French fries were just okay. My husband didn’t care for the chicken on his salad. Loved his drink though. We willdefinitely be back.
Great place to eat and friendly staff. We walked in as a party of 4 not realizing we needed reservations, they sat us anyway with an hour to eat before the guests arrived for their reservations. It was an overall great experience for me to sit in aplace that was remodeled over 30 years ago by my father. The wheelchair ramp to the art gallery above still has the mark in itthat he left. Enough about that and just know that the food was just as amazing as the staff!!!
