Hamlin Pub - Shelby charter Township

Disappointing pizza experience on a Friday night! We wanted to try a new pizza spot in the area, but it didn't go well. I ended up having to make dinner for the kids since they struggled to take a bite. The cheese and sauce were delicious, but overall, I won’t be returning for pizza again.

Today was my wedding day, and we reserved both party rooms for the event, which was catered as well. Everything exceeded our expectations; it was absolutely fantastic. Even though I chose the menu months ago, I was truly amazed by how delicious everything turned out to be. Chef Brandon and the staff at the open bar went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. This Hamlin Pub location has always been a wonderful place to eat and have a good time. You all made our special day even more memorable. I will definitely recommend Hamlin Pub to everyone I know for a great evening and for catered events.

I love Hamlin Pub! I usually eat at the Rochester Hills one, but I was on this side of town with my mom and we were starving, so we stopped in and had a bite to eat. Walking in, there was quite a few people already dining which we loved. We seatedourselves at a table and our server came over with menus. They really only had fish as a special which kind of surprised both ofus. I know sometimes they have game day specials, but nothing during the week? Anyway, my mom got the fish and loved it. I wentwith my usual 3 slider combo with sweet potato fries and a sprite. Everything here was good, but we forgot that they upgrade youfor a small fee for the sweet potato fries. booo. Anyway, I really do like coming here since their menu has a great selectionof food. Service is decent and the layout's the same as the one I go to over in Rochester Hills. Will be back when I'm on thisside of town shopping again!

To be clear, I really enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and having lunch at the bar. I wanted to give a heads-up to my friend, who also appreciates all of these things. However, your bartender has a concerning habit. I suppose that’s just how she manages to make a living. My friend was quite taken aback. I’m sure anyone reading this understands exactly what I mean.

We went because we are renting their event room for my Son's wedding, so we wanted to see it have dinner. His future wife loves their Mac cheese. She loves to add chicken mushrooms to it. When it came it was cold the mushrooms were uncooked.We never do this, but had to send it back. I've been there before their food never disappointed, last night they missed themark....hope the wedding food is better.
