Sweetwaters Coffee Tea

I would choose this place over Starbucks any day of the week. It's one of the many hidden gems in Shelby Township.

I gave this place four chances, but the tea lacks flavor every time I order it. It just doesn't taste good, and I won't be coming back again.

The matcha here is quite disappointing, lacking flavor and texture. However, the rest of the menu is quite enjoyable. I just wish that a place marketing itself as a tea shop had a better understanding of how to prepare matcha properly.

Very rude, poor management. I have been a customer for years and was treated like garbage when the owner decided to put an unqualified, unprofessional person in a position of authority. The owner promised to get back to me after handling the situation and he never did. When loyal customers are treated with no regard, that says a lot about a place and the people running it. Extremely disappointing after spending thousands at Sweetwaters over the years.
