Tubby's Sub Shop - Shelby Township

Every once in a great while, I go to Tubby's and will order a couple subs and a side. It is one of those places where I know not to expect the greatest quality subs, but yet, I still come here every once in a great while. The Chicken Cheddar sub was my first choice. I paired it with the Reuben sub and an order of the Breaded Mushrooms. The food here is not too filling for me which is why I order two subs and a side. I liked the Reuben (corned beef) much better than the chicken and cheddar sub. The breaded mushrooms were super tiny mushroom pieces; they did not really stand out to me either. The service here is great. I have no complaints there. The employees here are always nice and respectful when I go in.

The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. I've noticed a significant improvement in both quality and cleanliness since the new location opened four months ago. I eagerly anticipate each visit!

The sandwich and sides were cooked and grilled to perfection. Today, there were two ladies providing service, whereas I usually encounter two young gentlemen. I was greeted promptly, which made for a very pleasant experience.
