With so many Sonics on the way it was nice to find another one. Ocean Water is my elixir of choice!

You can tell under new managers. So much better. We spoke with the GM Kat and Melissa such funny ladies. Keep up the good work..and yes my husband would vote for yall if you was run for president. Thanks for you time and help.

Our first visit to Sonic was quite an experience! We weren't sure how to place our order, which was a bit confusing at first. However, the food came out quickly, and the burgers were absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly as well. We highly recommend it!

The customer service was excellent! I really appreciate the new managers; they were incredibly attentive and even showed love to my dog! The food was served hot and fresh, and they provided my pup with a dog bowl after we ordered a simple hamburger for him. The staff were friendly and multilingual, which is a great asset for this southern locale. We often travel past Shelby nearly every other weekend, whether to Charlotte, Knoxville, or Lake Lure for short getaways, and we'll definitely keep this experience in mind for our future visits. Wonderful management, great staff, and delicious food!

To make matters worse, I had my receipt that showed I paid for cheese that was supposed to be added to my order, but it wasn't included. The employees were very rude and seemed uninterested in helping, even discussing my order inappropriately right outside the door. I will never return to this Sonic; the food was terrible, and the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful.
