Do not call anything in ahead, they won’t let you eat it there. We were visiting family for the holidays, I called an order in ahead and told the employee we planned on dining in and I just want to order a portion of it in advance to make sure it was ready because we had been traveling and the kids were tired and hungry. I get there, pick a table because plenty were open and go to the counter to pay and pick up. They had all of our food to go even though I said we planned on eating it there but figured no worries we’ll just unpack it. They told me I couldn’t eat it there and I explained to them we have a big party and need to order more, we’ll tip the server good and make it worthwhile but I just ordered this in advance for the kids. They said no and got the manager, he then told me no as well. There were other people waiting for a table but we were not jumping a head because those People were waiting for a larger table that was being put together for them. There were probably 7-8 open booths my family could have been sat at and served, but they refused to because I had a to go order and the manager said they don’t take call ahead orders for the dining room. No matter how many times I tried to explain to him that I wanted to order more food for the rest of my party and it would be absolutely no different if I didn’t have a to go order or not he still didn’t get it. I just took the food and make my kids in the car (with no napkins given either) all because their staff couldn’t understand what I was wanting to do and how it had zero conflicts with their policy because I still needed to place a dine in order and could get a table with little wait because there Was no wait as the party of 15 was just sat by the time the manager refused to let me sit with my family. I own multiple small businesses, am an airbnb super host, I know customer service and this was just unfathomable. The franchise owner should be ashamed of how this manager handled this situation turning down a mother holding her child handing her her pizza and making her leave even though I had more business to give.
