Taco Bell - Shelbyville

No idea why this place cannot get its act together. Over many years, it rates at 3.5/5 stars, and that's being generous with the rating. Drive through orders must always be checked for mistakes. Staff to work is an issue--at times, dining room is closed due to their not being able to keep workers.

They always mess something up. They also are now charging for extra sauce. What's tht about.!!

Had a horrible experience with their customer service and they would not do anything about canceling an order the app failed to send to the correct store. No option outside of pickup was given and there was no way to cancel it.

Customer service here is so bad, the food is right there with it. I know you have lots of customers and food takes time. But you have 7 ppl in the back and can't get nothing on my order right. There was 2 employees in lobby, they was more worried about giving them food than actually getting paying customers their right order. This is the worst experience I've had since I moved here 2 yrs ago. I left there so upset that my food for the 4th time was still wrong. Not even sure who was the manager cause when I asked for the manager the young female said he is too busy to talk. Ask me if she could fix my food for me. I'll give it to her she was.nice, but she told the million workers and she left, still got screwed up food. No one wants to spend $20 on fast food for it to be nasty, wrong customer service the worst.

Worse food ever. 54 dollar order and everything was cold. Hard as a brick. A beef burrito should have beef on it. Not 2 pounds of cold beans. We will never go back.
