Wendy's - Shelbyville

I placed a mobile pickup order, but the drive-thru was chaotic. I decided to go inside and let the staff know that I was there for my to-go order. The manager poked her head in and told me that it would take a little while. I wasn't surprised since I know that even a simple order usually comes with a long wait time. My order was a salad, which I expected to be straightforward. However, there was just a small amount of cheese on the salad, and honestly, it felt more like a side than a meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food you serve. I have traveled all over the country, and your food is incredibly fresh. I look forward to my weekly chiropractor appointments, haha! Thank you so much! I wish you were open right now; we have nowhere else to go.

I stopped in for a quick meal and was very pleased. The bathroom was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My food was served in less than three minutes. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in the area again!

Was served hamburger that they would use in chili for my burger and my speck burned as it sat in a tub of grease and was black and crispy super crispy was disgusting

What the point of mobile orders or DoorDash/Grubhub order to skip the line when this Wendy’s a few employees that work tell you the mobile order and drivers the wait in line. It’s only happens when employees tell the drivers and mobile orders but they have to wait in line for the cashier with other customers order the food then. And then with a certain employee giving the food saying that as company policy and I told them it isn’t what I’ve been this Wendy’s and other Wendy’s I didnt have to wait in line to pick up the food in line. A certain employee got upset and said you have to leave now. I told him the Corporate office and I did. I was there around 5:15pm. I know many other people that is not wanting to go to that Wendy’s anymore that’s almost the same problems
