Ritz Drive-in - Shelton

So much to love about the pin drive through. all staff were so friendly and service was fast. there were so many menu items that we wanted to order, we would come back for each food if we lived closer. we ended up with a garnel basket and a mussel basket. great sauces for the meal. all the foods were delicious, so many soda selections. great seating. they were busy, but we could get places because they are so fast. so grateful for all at ritz! we appreciate them.

Nothing compared to what it used to be. Doubtful to return. The fries dip isn't made the same. Has to different ingredients. The burger buns dry, burger meat overcooked dry. Dry and plain food Not sure what happened but something majorly changed. It's NOT the same!The GOOD Very clean, especially the bathroom!

Came in last week and got a delicious bacon cheese burger, I'm sorry to say that was not the case tonight. I ordered my burgers and sides while I was picking them up I doubled checked that there was no miscommunication regarding the pickles etc. The guy clearly stated they definitely had pickles on them, he was standing two feet away from the cooks. Well there were NO PICKLES on either burger, no tomatoes on one and they were bone dry, and my dry patty was chopped into 4-5 pieces. Absolutely disappointing. I do want to reiterate that last week these burgers were delicious and correctly topped. I don't understand why the cook wouldn't say hey there aren't pickles on these and added some on the side.

Ive always enjoyed Ritz, I usually order the deluxe with a milkshake and fries. The fries are awesome with their fry sauce, occasionally ill use the sauce on my burger too. Food is made to order so its definitely fresh. Minor seating available inside and outside.

Maybe we were there under extraneous circumstances. Fry oil could use a change that's for sure. Grill could be turned up for those burgers. Solid milkshake for sure.Staff was definitely putting in work but
