Kfc - Shepherdsville

Chicken was over cooked, staff substituted for items without asking us or letting us know. They locked the door after our pickup so when we went back to ask why were we?re missing items and had some things we did not order we had to wait in the drive thru.

Just watch and check your order on their drive through. My order was incomplete and when I tried to reach them on their phone they don't have the decency to answer it. Also did not give me a receipt. They were too busy socializing.

Every time I visit, I forget that the chicken is always served cold! The staff is consistently fast and polite, which I appreciate. However, I would really love to experience warm or hot chicken just once.

I've attempted to order chicken three times over the past three months. The first time, they were out of chicken entirely. The second time, they only had crispy chicken available, and on the third visit, they only offered chicken thighs. I'm throwing in the towel!

I have ordered food from this place multiple times, and it has been excellent every time. The staff is also very friendly.
