The Chocolate Tree - Sheridan

The chocolates are delicious, and the service is outstanding. There's a wide selection, and everything is freshly made.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed quite uninformed about the products. When I asked about the truffles, they couldn't tell me anything specific. For instance, they didn't know what type of cake was in the cake bomb or the differences between the Key Lime Chiffon and Dark Key Lime flavors. When I inquired about a certain truffle or what the Mother's Day truffle consisted of, again, they were unable to provide any information. Once I got the truffles home, I found them overwhelmingly sweet and not in line with their descriptions. They lacked the delightful melty texture that I'd expect from quality truffles and felt more like chocolate-covered candies. This was my first experience where I didn't enjoy truffles at all, and I felt it was a significant disappointment and not worth the money spent.

My favorite spot for everything chocolate in Sheridan. It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. My top choices are the honeycomb and the chocolate-covered cherries.

My local go to for chocolate. I think it is under new ownership or management because quality and inventory are so much better. Honeycomb is my fav.

Awesome candy and very nice people. Excellent selection and will definitely will go back.
