Ben Jerry's - Sherman Oaks

They suck! So few locations near me. I run over from work for my first (and now last) free cone, and they closed an hour early! I called them on the way over to see if the mall location was doing free cones also, no answer. Lazy people, can 't even pick up the phone! I told them I came all the way from work to grab one, no sympathy. Only we closed at 8 today! Ok I get it, the fat gods did not want me eating an ice cream cone today, but they didn 't even apologize! Gave me attitude in fact for me not knowing they close early once a year to deprive people who work late hours of a sweet treat. Wouldn 't answer the phone, not one apology, gave me attitude. And, there wasn 't even a way I could buy a damn cone to satisfy my PMS cravings!! So Rude, i won 't be eating there ever.

Fast and courteous, many thanks to the young man with glasses and beanie for having so much patience when there was such a long line, although for a mall location you'd think they'd be better staffed than 3 people on a busy sunday afternoon : they can only work so fast and yet people still get angry when they don't get they cherry garcia on time

Poor customer service! The lady who attended me and my daughter is rude! After paying the ice cream she turn her back without saying thank you!

The staff here is friendly and incredibly patient, which is great given the wide array of flavors to choose from—it can take a little time! The ice cream itself is of excellent quality. My personal favorites are The Tonight Dough and Milk and Cookies. However, I do wish there were more seating options available.
