Kfc - Shillong

This is KFC's main restaurant outlet in Shillong City. It is located in Police Bazar, the most popular shopping-hingout destination in the city, within the Marba Hub Mall. I visited this restaurant in the month of November 2021. My overall experience was very satisfied, especially their customer service. I ordered two chicken burgers who were too much spicy, but the quality was incomparable. The burgers were served freshly. Now coming to the ambience of this restaurant, this outlet is like any other typical KFC restaurant. This restaurant offers a large number of people because many seats. Recommended.

The minimum order is comparable to an alternate of 3 whole fresh chickens which you can buy from the market and cooked for around 15 to 20 people at home. Why I'm saying this, because the quality is not up to the mark and plus the burger looks and taste nothing like in the poster. Total waste of money. No wonder people leaves the place with an unhappy look. Just my personal perspective.

Good and clean ambience. Food is good. But, when I ordered my Pepsi, they said there is no straw available. This really disappointed me, that you didnot have enough stock of straws in your outlet. Being in a posh area with high customer inflow, you all are out of straw.

KFC is Overrated. Popcorn Chicken Biryani was satisfactory.

Please remove the items you don't have from the menu. Spent 15 mins trying to order to which the only replies were we don't have that now. Service as of this review is unacceptable. The staff gives you uncomfortable vibes, not friendly at all. First KFC in Shillong became the worst KFC in Shillong. Would not recommend.
