Ashiana Sweets Restaurant Bar - Shimla

Used to be a warmer place to dinate with decent eating ambiente. but the same has drastically declined in the last 2 3 years. the baked sweets are below average. their food quality and service are bad, and they have to improve desperately. we have ordered several paints in bulk for office, still the bakery gives zero discount. the personal is highly experienced and has literally taken their business for self-evident, simply because the restaurant near hp secretariat and has a good daily clientele. Apart from that, the place is very spacious and is located at a preferred location in chotta shimla, with paid parking next to.

Pathetic taste and flavours... we ordered 4 dishes and all of them were disgusting... apart from the butter naan... everything was taste less... could not help wasting the food... even the dhokla was sweet and tasteless..

One of the worst restaurant of Shimal just working fine coz of its location which is next to the H.P Secretariat. They can't even make basic dishes like Dalmakhni and mix vegetable and if you give your review to the waiters here that the food quality is not good at all , they rebut with arguments that this is how we prepare and even tells that you should have told how to make the daal... Besides this toilets are just like public toilets .During thi COVID phase they are embarrassingly unhygienic ,no soaps in their toilets. Even before me another customer siting next to the table I was sitting , complaining and asking waiters to call their manager that who on earth adds eggs to chicken masala.... Please their is no dearth of good restaurants in Shimla but its definitely not Ashiana even a road side Dhaba serves far better food then Ashian. If their would have been an option of -5 stars I would have given that.... Pathetic Consistently over the years...... Have enclosed the bill and its no value for money.

Very Bad experience of ordering a cake from Ashiana,Chotta Shimla. On 4th November I ordered a cake for birthday celebration from Ashiana Chotta Shimla, had given them advance payment also but when I went to collect to cake the cake was not ready. After questioning Ashiana staff it was revealed that they had sold my ordered cake to someone else. This is highly unacceptable and mis management on the part of the restaurant and they had no answers toy questions however they felt sorry for the incidence but this is really shocking how can they sell my ordered cake to someone for which I had paid partially. This is not the first time. On 3 rd October I ordered a 4 pound cake for my daughter's birthday they took the order and when next day I went there to collect the cake , they were not having adequate packing material to pack the 4 pound cake and they wasted around 40 minutes of my time for arranging a temporary packing for the cake. So I will recommend everyone not to order any cakes from Ashiana chotta shimla, reason being poor management and a very poor customer satisfaction.

Service is so bad. They have 2 different pricing policy. If you takeaway your meal then different price.
